a. Grants can be submitted after August 9th, 2021, The deadline for receipt of applications is Sunday, October 10, 2021. Applications must be submitted only through the Rotary Club of Annapolis web site – www.annapolisrotary.org
b. Grant requests will be accepted in any amount up to $4000. We ask that you apply for what the actual project cost will be.
c. The Rotary Crab Feast (or “Crabs to Go” this year) is held to benefit Annapolis-area charitable organizations. Therefore, only applicants located in zip codes 21401, 21402, 21403, 21405, 21409, 21012, 21032, 21035 and 21037 will be considered for grants. Applications from organizations not located in these zip codes will not be considered.
d. All fields on grant application must be completed for consideration. Please limit each of your responses to each question to less than 100 words, please do not attach or paste long documents to this form other than your 501 (C) 3 letter of determination.
e. While we appreciate additional information about your organization and the project you wish to fund, decisions on grant awards will be based on the information on our grant application form.
f. Applicants must be tax exempt 501 (c) (3) organizations (or equivalent) and must attach their IRS determination letter to their application. Applications that are not accompanied by an IRS determination letter will not be considered.
