We will be accepting grant applications from January 1, 2012 until March 15, 2012. We will be evaluating grant requests in March, then notify and distribute grant funds during April and May. Only grant requests made to our club between January 1st and March 15th will be considered for grant distributions from the Crab Feast funds.

Submission
You may apply for a grant online or by mail, using the online application as your template (Mail to: Grants Committee, Annapolis Rotary Club, PO Box 603, Annapolis, MD 21404). Please be complete in your information when making a grant request. It is important to fill in all boxes to give us a complete picture of your organization's history and the nature of your request, along with other vital information.

Organizations may include brochures and other related information with the Grant Application. If you have any questions please contact Chara Hutzell
