CHRYSALIS HOUSE THANKS ROTARY

CHRYSALIS HOUSE THANKS ROTARY

At its Feb. 11 luncheon meeting, the Rotary Club of Annapolis Foundation was thanked by the Chrysalis House (www.chrysalishouses.org) for financial support after the shelter suffered a flood from a broken pipe a year ago. The foundation granted $10,000 to purchase several new commercial kitchen appliances. From left, Randy Goff, club president, and Mimi Jones, foundation committee member, pose with a plaque to be hung in the shelter’s kitchen with Carressa (cq) Christian, director of the nonprofit’s outpatient program and transitional housing, and Christopher J. McCabe, interim executive director. The shelter serves women recovering from addiction and abuse and their children. For information on Chrysalis House, call 410-974-6829.
