El Salvador 2010

El Salvador 2010

This project we contributed $3500 last year. It is a very comprehensive water project in El Salvador. The project is being administered by the Glen Burnie Rotary Club and has multiple Rotary and non rotary partners. Below are pictures that portray the extensiveness of the project and a small visual of its progress.

Several members of the Rotary Club of Glen Burnie, along with several members of their project partner Engineers Without Borders, will be traveling to Santa Clara 22-26 September 2010, to finalize the Water-Health-Sanitation project for the Community of Santa Clara, El Salvador, to thank and congratulate the participants, and TURN ON /DELIVER CLEAN, SAFE WATER TO THE RESIDENTS OF SANTA CLARA FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE HISTORY OF THIS COMMUNITY!

After years of hard work by Rotarians, Engineers Without Borders, George Washington University, US Peace Corps, and especially by the community of Santa Clara, the Santa Clara Water/Health/Sanitation Project is finally just about complete!

You have been an important part of this project, and we'd like to thank you again for your role. This could not have happened without you!
