ANNAPOLIS, MD - The Rotary Club of Annapolis is pleased to announce the recipients of the club’s 2026 Foundation Grants program. This year, the Rotary club awarded $42,500 in grants. The funds are awarded to organizations that give hope, support, and a positive outlook for the people they serve.
The 2026 grant recipients are Annapolis Kappa Scholarship Fund, Books for International Goodwill (BIG), Boys and Girls Club of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, Girls on the Run of the Greater Chesapeake, Play Annapolis, Rebuilding Together, Rise and Shine, Seafarers Foundation, and Start the Adventure in Reading (STAIR).
The grant recipients reflect the diverse nature of non-profits operating in Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. Grants support programs focusing on children & youth, workforce education, volunteer support, and home modifications & repairs.

“The Rotary Club of Annapolis’ Foundation grants program aims to bridge a funding gap between the club’s Crab Feast grants and the annual Black Tie & Diamonds gala,” stated Kevin Hurley, Chair of the Foundation Grants committee. “Between our grants programs and fundraisers, we are making an attempt to reach all areas of the Annapolis non-profit community.”
The Rotary Club of Annapolis has a long-standing tradition of commitment to our local community. This is demonstrated through the granting of funds through the Foundation grants, as well as proceeds from the club’s annual Crab Feast, Black Tie & Diamonds and a new charity golf event.
