The Rotary Club of Annapolis is now accepting applications for its annual Crab Feast grant program. Funding comes from the proceeds of the club’s 81st Annual Crab Feast held in August. Since 2005, the Rotary Club of Annapolis has awarded more than $1 million in grants to local nonprofit organizations through our Crab Feast grant program. Proceeds from this year’s event will once again be used to support organizations working to improve the lives of individuals and families throughout the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County community.
“What makes our Crab Feast so special is what it makes possible for our community,” stated Jim Sherrick, President of the Rotary Club of Annapolis. “Hundreds of people come together each year to enjoy a great Maryland tradition, but their generosity goes far beyond that one evening. The proceeds allow us to support local nonprofits that are working every day to make Annapolis and Anne Arundel County a better place to live, work, and raise a family. For 105 years, the Rotary Club of Annapolis has been committed to serving our community, and through this year’s grants, we are proud to continue that tradition while creating lasting impact in the place we call home.”
Nonprofit organizations located in designated Anne Arundel County zip codes are eligible to apply for grants of up to $4,000. Eligible nonprofits must be located in one of the following zip codes: 21401, 21402, 21403, 21405, 21409, 21012, 21032, 21035, or 21037.
Applications must be submitted through the Rotary Club’s website by 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2026. To access the application, please visit https://www.annapolisrotary.org/application.
